- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Be very careful when dealing with this person. I received a letter from him, saying he is a local agent in Western North Carolina. He is not! He has a PO Box he uses to solicit business and told one of my neighbors he was the local agent. I was lucky to do some research and found that he is nowhere close to here... there is an agent in Asheville named Mike Beard and one in Hendersonville named Mike Elis. Google them as they are truly local, and don't lie about it to mislead customers.March 09, 2017by Martin Smith
